1. How often should I visit the dentist?

We recommend attending a routine dental examination every 6 months, although some patients may need more or less frequent visits depending on their oral health. Your dentist will advise the best interval for you.

2. Do you offer private dental care for children?

Yes, we welcome children and aim to make visits relaxed, friendly, and educational. Early dental habits are important, and we support your child’s smile from the beginning.

3. What should I do if I have a dental emergency?

Please contact the practice as soon as possible. We offer same day emergency appointments whenever we can for our existing patients. If your emergency occurs outside of our normal opening hours please still call the practice as our voicemail message provide instructions on how to access out of hours emergency care for our patients.

4. Is parking available?

Yes — we have patient parking directly outside the practice, making visits easy and convenient.

5. Is the practice accessible?

Yes — our surgeries are located on the ground floor, with easy access for wheelchairs and patients with mobility needs.

6. I’m nervous about dental treatment — can you help?

Absolutely. Our team is experienced in caring for anxious or nervous patients. We take treatment at your pace, explain everything clearly, and ensure a calm, comfortable environment.

7. How much do treatments cost?

We offer transparent pricing and clear treatment plans before any work is carried out. A guide of fees is available on our website here or from reception.

8. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards and cash. Your dentist will discuss all treatment options and give you an estimate before proceeding.

9. Do you offer a dental plan?

Yes, we offer preventive dental plan for both adults and children designed to help maintain excellent oral health. It covers routine examinations and hygiene appointments, while offering savings on additional treatments. Our team can talk through the benefits and how to join.

10. What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. We kindly ask for at least 24hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

11. Do you offer teeth whitening and cosmetic treatments?

Yes, we provide a range of safe, professional cosmetic treatments, including teeth whitening and composite bonding. We will assess your teeth first to ensure each treatment is suitable for you.
